Responding to your enquiry, keeping in touch, preparing a proposal and preparing a possible contract.

Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
05Retention period
We keep the data for no longer than one year after your enquiry is closed, or, if a contract is concluded, for the period required by law.
06Processors and transfers
We do not share your data with third parties. We use an email service provider to handle incoming messages.
07Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing, exercise your right to data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Please send your request to the email address above.
08Remedies
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., www.naih.hu) or turn to the courts.
